IBMS takes pride in introducing Hyon Kalin, Founder of IBMS to the Global Medical Community. Hyon Kalin is a person beautiful in and out, wife of IBMS Chairman (Emeritus), Dr. David P. Kalin and a proud mom to three sons. Hyon started off her career working full time for the USPS, and later moved on to becoming the Financial Advisor for World Marketing Security (WMS) for about 3 years, and she also held the position of Vice Chairman of the Korean School Board. Hyon has an interesting story behind the birth of IBMS – when Hyon and Dr. Kalin decided to have a child, they had challenges with the conception. The couple decided to have their child and with the challenges they faced, decided to opt in for invitro fertilization. At the time, the costs of invitro fertilization were skyrocketing in the US and South Korea offered them a much warmer reception and environment for the invitro fertilization process for the couple. The invitro fertilization process was a huge success, and with the birth of their beautiful son, Aviel Kalin, was also born the International Organization, IBMS. The whole founding idea of IBMS was to bring all global medical professionals under one umbrella, and to promote global medical tourism.

Dr. Kalin has a background in Emergency Medicine, is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians, and is also Board Certified in Family Practice and as an Independent Medical Examiner.Since 1992, Dr. Kalin, through THE HEALTHPLACE CENTER FOR DISABILITY AND INDEPENDENT MEDICAL EVALUATION, a Private Medical Practice of David P. Kalin, MD MPH, has provided medical expert services including comprehensive medical evaluations, reviews, depositions and trial testimony for medical- legal, governmental and insurance issues dealing with long-term disability/life care planning, personal injury, medical malpractice, environmental exposure, Workers' Compensation, PIP, Social Security, and Emergency Medical Condition. Dr. Kalin is certified in Family Practice by the Board of Certification in Family Practice of the American Board of Physician Specialists, is a certified Independent Medical Examiner of the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners, and was Board Qualified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine. Dr. Kalin also works as the Medical Director of injury/accident clinics in Florida where he evaluates and treats patients with medical legal issues. Dr. Kalin, who speaks Spanish and partial Hebrew, graduated from Northwestern University in biology, was a James Scholar at the University of Illinois School of Medicine, and attended the University of Illinois School of Public Health where he obtained a Masters in the Science of Public Health. Dr. Kalin did postgraduate preceptorships in Obstetrics, Gynecology, Surgery, Orthopaedics, Endoscopy, Colonoscopy, Psoriasis, studied Alternative Health Care Systems, researched Decision Analysis in Treatment of Systemic Lupus Erythematous, did an internship at Illinois Masonic Medical Center and a Fellowship in Emergency Medicine at Hadassah Hospital, Jerusalem, Israel and has traveled around the world developing the International Board of Medicine and Surgery, distinguished by the IBMS Emerald Circle of the finest healthcare providers worldwide.

Dr.Panigrahi is the Medical Advisor and V.P. International Development with Global Healthcare Connections Inc., and he is licensed to practice medicine in India & Ukraine. Responsible to disseminate and exchange high level scientific and medical information with thought leaders and other healthcare stakeholders, Dr. Panigrahi dedicates his services to enhanced wellness for GHC clients. Dr. Panigrahi is multilingual and speaks five languages including English, Russian, Ukrainian, Oriya, and Hindi, and studied medicine at Odessa State Medical University, Ukraine, where he received his PhD in Cardiology, and is currently pursuing Post Doctoral Research Associate study. While at Dontesk National Medical University, Ukraine, Dr.Panigrahi received a PhD studying: Optimization of Complex Treatment of Myocardial Infarction Especially after Thrombolytic Therapy and has pioneered magnetic therapy for treatment of recurrent myocardial infarctions.

Chairman of Plz Newage Care, an elderly carehouse in Malaysia. Currently Dr. Haque serves as the Ambassador at Large to Asia from Principality Monte de Agrella, Lead Marshall of Emergency Action Force of Malaysia, International Advisor for the Malaysian Arbitral Tribunal Establishment (MATE), and Advisor International Police Commission (IPC). Dr. Haque previously worked on the faculty in several universities and colleges in Malaysia, Japan, Australia,Singapore, Thailand, including the University of Newcastle, Victoria University, SEISA University, and Monash University and has also worked at the UNDP Project, BD Flying Academy & General Aviation as Chief Medical Officer and teaching courses in medicine, business administration and diplomacy for 10 years. Prof. Dr. Zahidul Haque is a columnist, researcher and activist who has produced and directed health shows on televison and radio. Prof. Dr. Zahidul Haque has been awarded from the Royal Palace of Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines for his humanitarian works at home and abroad.

Dr. Moss is certified in Hand Surgery and Orthopedic Joint Replacement Surgery and practices at the Suncoast Orthopedic and Arthritis Center, Brooksville, Florida. His specialties include Hand Surgery and Arthritis Surgery. Dr.Moss completed his Doctor of Medicine at Emory University Medical School, Atlanta, GA. He did his Orthopedic Residency at University of Florida Affiliated Hospital in Jacksonville,Florida. Dr. Moss has also received several awards in his career, including Outstanding Paper Award in Senior Residency Research. Dr.Moss's medical society memberships include Ameritus Fellow, American Soceity for Surgery of the Hand (ASSH) , Fellow of AAOS and Fellow of ACS.. Dr.Moss is a proud dad to two sons, Mark Moss and Dr. Mathew Moss. Dr.Moss speaks English, Spanish and French.
